Im not one that would ever wall around in a swimsuit. However with this cover up i felt totally confident. I felt it held me enough that I didnt feel jiggly nor did my thighs rumble when we got out of the water walking back to the boat.
He loved it with nothing on also ( I got 2). Although it's fishnet it didnt snag nor pop during any activities
